Preheat oven to 450*F.
Peel veggies, then slice into long strips to make “shoe string” French fries.
Toss veggies in oil, then toss in dried onion, garlic, and sea salt.
Bake for 25 minutes at 450*F, check on them at 15 minutes, and flip them.
After baking for 25 minutes, I usually broil them under high for a few more minutes to add more golden color.
Garnish with fresh thyme and green onions. Serve with a side of my plum ketchup, cranberry ketchup, huckleberry BBQ sauce, ranch dip, or honey mustard.
